Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

Once your return is approved, we will share the pickup details or shipping instructions. Please ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

Once the returned item reaches us and successfully passes our quality checks, your store credit or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across India and internationally. International shipping is available at an additional courier charge, which will depend on the destination and shipment details.

For in-stock products, please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before dispatch.

If you require your order urgently, please email us at hello@inochhi.com. We will do our best to prioritise your order and arrange dispatch within 2–4 business days, wherever possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp so you can track your shipment.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. At INOCHHI, we take great care to pack and dispatch every pair securely. However, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit. We’re always happy to assist you in coordinating with our delivery partners should any issues arise.
